Welcome
Due to the current climate changes in Europe, we are working on cultivation concepts for thermophile and frost sensitive plants, which are supposed to be established in the Pomeranian region. The desired result is to determine suitable species and strategies for the region and furthermore to expand the biological diversity. Another intention of this project is to minimize the potential risk of unsure crops by developing utilization concepts for as many plant parts containing valuable ingredients as possible.
Additional to this, new job opportunities for farms, small-sized producers and other enterprises in the Pomeranian region might open up. The project includes agricultural and food analysis as well as networking and the evolution of possibilities for further education.
